Due to the nature of some products, such as soaps, hair care, personal care items, and other hygiene-related goods, all personal care products are final sale unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Clothing and eligible non-personal items may be returned or exchanged if they are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the mistake was made by Hebrew Market or one of our approved vendors.

To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team with your order number, photos if applicable, and a brief description of the issue. Final approval of returns is handled on a case-by-case basis.
